Play by Play Shakespeare

Teaching Artist: Daniel Kelly

Students participate in interactive exercises designed to introduce them to Shakespeare’s poetry. They physically respond to lines of dialogue, perform scenes and play with the bard’s words; exploring word order, rhythm and emphasis. Throughout the workshop, they internalize the vitality of the language. Also available for after school.
