Knowing how to take care of yourself is the single most important thing one learns in school. But do students know how? HealthWise demonstrates ways to take care of “you.” The goal of HealthWise is to help students understand how to best maintain a healthy lifestyle and be informed about health issues that we all face. Each lesson has an activity and is supplemented with a book and/or PowerPoint slides. At the end of each lesson, students create a page in their HealthWise book to synthesize their learnings and help them develop a plan to live their best and most healthy lives. Also available for virtual residencies.
