Teaching Artist: Rhythms in Anoa Dance Theatre

DeBorah Ahmed of Rhythms in Anoa will introduce your students to West African culture in this exciting and fun-filled workshop. Students will learn about the traditions of the Manding cultures of West Africa through rhythms, songs, choreography, and discussions of the region’s demographics. This program will be adapted to fit the developmental age of your students.
