Eileen Wolfington

Eileen Wolfington is a Mexican Folklore Artist. Though she was born in the US, her multicultural upbringing inspired her to remain proudly connected to her Mexican and Puerto Rican roots by learning cultural dance, customs and traditions. Affectionately known as “La Morena” (dark-skinned woman), Eileen is known for engaging audiences of all ages to learn basic dance steps with movement. Magically, participants create a festive atmosphere as they move and twirl wearing Mexican sombreros, sarapes (Mexican blankets), flowers, and rebozos (shawls) while shaking maracas. She has a BA in General Business and a M.Ed. in Adult Education.
